OS&OT Thelma Cardwell Lecture and Research Day
Building on our commitment to diversity and inclusion, the 2017 Thelma Cardwell Lecturer is Dr. Lisa Richardson, Clinician-Educator, Division of General Internal Medicine and Co-lead in Indigenous Medical Education, Faculty of Medicine, University of Toronto. Following Dr. Richardson’s address, “Good Medicine: Lessons from Indigenous Health Education”, please stay and hear our amazing second year MScOT students present their Graduate Research Projects.
The 50 student presentations include topics such as:
• Navigating family caregiving tasks and responsibilities
• Evaluating a crowd-sourcing app to assess senior friendliness of public spaces
• Enhancing participation following cancer
• Financial management skills following brain injury
• Youths with developmental disabilities experiences of belonging.
